I’m Mary. I’m from Co. Mayo in the Republic of Ireland and I currently live in the beautiful seaside town of Dingle in Co. Kerry.
I’m an established and successful Online Affiliate Marketer. I built a very profitable multi-niche retail website in 2013 and sold it to a US investor in April 2014.
I’ve worked for over 20 years in IT at corporate level in a varity of industries in both the UK and Ireland.
I worked for Debenham’s Head Office in London for 8 years and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to gain an extensive insight into the world of retail, exploring all aspects of it. My retail knowledge was significantly enhanced, to the point where I was able to design, develop and implement better systems for head office and the retail stores.
My passion and love of retail was ignited, and since Debenhams, I have worked in a number of other retail organizations (e.g. stationary, insurance etc.), affording me the opportunity to utilize my business and data analysis skills to enhance and improve the bottom line.
The transition from offline to online seemed a natural direction to take, albeit a challenging one at times.
But never one to shy away from a challenge, I’ve drawn on my prior IT and retail experience to develop my skills as an online and affiliate marketer.
I currently mentor a number of affiliate marketers located across the world, and have successfully helped them to improve the performance of their websites resulting in increased sales and commissions.
I’ve created Bowerbird Marketing to share advice, guidance, and resources in order to help others achieve their online goals.
Earning online take a lot of hard work, persistence, dedication, and patience, regardless of what niche you are in.
I know for many, my story is inspiring, and through my posts on Bowerbird Marketing, I hope to continue to inspire everyone and anyone who has any kind of business online, or who is thinking of starting a business online.
I hope you enjoy the blog and find some golden nuggets of information that can propel your business forward.
All the best,
